Terms of Service
Storybranch is operated by SideQuest LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order or starting a subscription at shop.storybranch.world, you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell. Printed children's books in the Storybranch series, sold as single copies or as a monthly subscription ("Monthly Adventure").
2. Automatic renewal. The Monthly Adventure subscription renews automatically every 30 days at the price shown when you subscribe (currently $49.00 USD, shipping to the US and Canada included) until you pause or cancel. Each renewal ships the next book in the series. We'll email you before each charge.
3. Cancelling and pausing. You can pause or cancel online at any time from your account page (no phone call or email required). Cancelling stops future charges; a charge already processed for a book that has gone to print is not refunded, and that book still ships. Your place in the series is saved if you return later.
4. Damaged books: free reprint, no returns. Every book is printed to order, so we do not accept returns. If a book arrives damaged, misprinted, or incomplete, tell us within 30 days and we'll print and ship a free replacement.
5. Series completion. When the final book in the series ships, your subscription ends automatically and no further charges are made.
6. Pricing and taxes. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
7. Accounts. You're responsible for keeping your email address and shipping address current in your account.
8. Intellectual property. All stories, illustrations, and parent guides are owned by SideQuest LLC and are for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
11. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
